This year saw the UK’s biggest Japanese car event, Japfest, add a second date to the calendar taking over the Rockingham circuit on Sunday August 15th. It goes without say that Japanese cars and drifting go hand in hand, and when the organisers needed a pair of competition-spec cars and drivers to put on a display… well naturally, Japspeed had to get involved!

The Boyzone singer will be driving the Stobart/Japspeed/Maxxis V8 S15 This car is a new car for the 2010 season but already has taken Shane to victory at round 3 of the British Drift Championship. The car produces a massive amount of torque and when you hear the car it sounds like thunder!
Danny Eyles – Japspeed/Maxxis S15 RB25
Danny has been driving for Japspeed since 2006 and has had various successes throughout his drifting career. Danny is known for his hard and aggressive style of driving which has the crowd taking deep breaths and applauding his commitment behind the wheel!
