Check out this crazy snap of Japspeed’s Steve Biagioni pushing ‘pretty hard’ during Round 5 @ Knockhill! Borrowing the Japspeed S14 Steve managed to qualify in the top 16… albeit sacrificing a bumper or two in the process. Nutter!

What a crazy weekend for the BDC! With Shane capable of winning the championship the Japspeed camp was on edge the whole time, and although he didn’t quite manage it Knockhill proved to be a massive success for the whole team regardless.

What a crazy year it’s been for Team Japspeed! With the BDC Final this weekend @ Knockhill Team Japspeed’s Shane Lynch is currently 4th in the pro class, but more importantly just 8 points behind leader Mark Luney with 30 points available to take – it’s going to be all or nothing!

At the end of last week, Team Japspeed were lucky enough to be invited along to Liverpool F.C for a VIP 5-a-side tournament courtesey of tyre sponsors Maxxis. Drivers Danny Eyles, Anthony Cahill, Paul Smith, Steve Biagioni and BDC judge Jordan Butters stepped up to the challenge, and despite having never played properly together before the Japspeed boys still managed to win two out of their four games. BIG thanks to all the guys @ Maxxis tyres for an awesome event, we’ll see you next year again!

Ok so it may not pack a V8, RB26 or even an SR20, but any equipment lurking in the Japspeed HQ is going to get modified! Nicknamed the ‘slide-loader’, we’ve kitted it out with a fresh re-spray in team colours, colour-coded 10in rims and a hydraulic wand for extra-precise entries… ok maybe not the last bit. But you’ve gotta admit, it’s pretty pimp for shifting gear around!

Here’s a cheeky snap of Formula D Superstar Chris Forsberg standing proudly alongside the Japspeed S15s of Danny Eyles and Shane Lynch. Although Trax isn’t until tomorrow, Team Japspeed thought it was only fair to give Chris a bit of practice time before he performs his legendary ‘bottle trick’ in front of thousands. Expect video footage as soon as it happens!

How’s this for some serious news? Not only is US superstar drifter Chris Forsberg coming to the UK to perform his legendary ‘bottle’ trick, but he’ll be using Japspeed’s Nissan S15 currently driven by Danny Eyles too! Taking place at Silverstone this Sunday, Trax is the ultimate petrolhead show and naturally the rest of the Japspeed stable will be attending along with Maxxis to show the scene the best of UK drifting.
